Guidelines for Submitting Artwork
For digital files, we accept artwork via email, cd or dvd or it can be uploaded directly to our web site. Please identify all submitted materials with your name, phone number and contact information so that we can ensure their return with your order.
Vector Art Guidelines
Vector artwork files must be saved as Adobe Illustrator® EPS format. To ensure that no font substitutions have occurred, convert text to curves or outlines. If the vector file contains any placed raster images, these images must 300 dpi at 100% of the final imprint size. The raster images must be submitted in addition to the original vector file.
Raster Art Guidelines
Files should be at least 300 dpi at the final printing size. Acceptable file formats include .eps, .tiff, and .psd. We will accept Jpegs and .gifs but charge a design fee for .
Color
Files can be either CMYK or RGB. If you are using PANTONE inks, use the PANTONE solid coated Swatches. We strongly recommended including a printed mock up or PDF file.
Non-digital artwork
We accept drawings and sketches. Since they require scanning and clean up, we charge a design fee for these submissions.
